Hello Glacier Peak Band Families,

The Dallas Brass Concert is THIS Thursday, January 15th at 7pm. The concert will feature the GPHS Wind Ensemble and the VVMS Concert Bands. Doors will open at 6:30pm and Volunteers are still needed! Volunteers will enjoy FREE ADMISSION and RESERVED SEATING with excellent views of the performance. Roles available include ticket scanning, ushering, concessions/merchandise, backstage support, and tear-down. Most shifts are short, and training will be provided on the day of the event. If you’re able to help in more than one role, we would love to have your support!

***This will not be your typical band concert. Everyone is encouraged to invite their parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and neighbors. It should be a great experience for everyone in the audience!

Dallas Brass Live! 2026 🎺

Prepare for an unforgettable night of music and energy! The award-winning Glacier Peak High School Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band, along with the Valley View Middle School Concert Band, will join forces with the world-renowned Dallas Brass for a powerful, one-night-only concert.

Feel the thrill as our talented local students perform alongside one of America’s most celebrated brass ensembles. Then, enjoy the grand finale as Dallas Brass takes the stage with their signature blend of virtuosity, humor, and showmanship.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS for our 16th Annual Community Swing Dance on Saturday evening, January 31st! Join us as the Glacier Peak and Valley View Middle School Jazz Bands delight us with their smooth and lively sounds!

Swing Dance Lessons start at 6pm followed by Live Music at 7pm!
